Ocean House

Everything was 5 star! From check in to check out, we felt pampered and relaxed. Isabel was a wonderful hostess, showing us around when we checked in- little extras like wine and cookies in the evening. Coffee freshly brewed and ready by 7 am. The chef prepared breakfasts were healthy, fresh and delicious! We stayed in the white caps suite which is beautifully appointed, every little detail thought out to include piped in music should you want it. Gorgeous view to the ocean and a fireplace in suite. Nicely lit path to various outdoor seating areas, fire pit and the beach.

My husband and I loved it so much! The location is near by many restaurants and interesting places in Newport. Is a quiet place absolutely magnificent for resting and disconnecting. The views are so beautiful during sunset, and there are so many viewpoints for you to seat and enjoy. The room was ready and comfy, also they have so many board games for you to pick and enjoy. In the morning the breakfast, so tasty !! Home-made by Maria, we thank you dearly. The Check in and check out process was so easy. We are definitely coming back!

Wonderful B&B with many perks- breakfast, happy hour and fresh cookies. Stayed in The Cottage which includes a kitchenette, fireplace and ocean views. Clean, courteous and worth a second visit. Location received a 4 star review only because I forgot my water shoes to cross the small creek to get to the beach below the house.

We have stayed here several times and keep coming back. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. Isabel is an excellent hostess and great communicator. When we had questions, she was quick with helpful responses. We love the location as it allows easy access to Newport, Depoe Bay, and Lincoln City. Each of these locations offers opportunities for walking, shopping, and dining. There are paths to the beach from the actual place where we stay and excellent overviews of the ocean. Whether stormy or sunny, we love staying here. The breakfasts are wonderful and prepared right in the kitchen.

Clean, quiet, & excellent location. Amanda was welcoming and professional. We enjoyed the front room and our room for viewing the ocean! We appreciated the amenities and proximity to the beach. The setting was awesome-snacks were great, but the breakfast was outstanding! The food was high quality and very fresh & flavorful. We look forward to staying here again during the latter part of summer!

We enjoyed 4 nights at the Ocean House and loved every minute. The home-cooked breakfast was outstanding as were the fresh coffee and muffins each morning and wine and cookies in the evening. The beach can be accessed right out of the front door and there are tons of things to see and do only a short drive away. The sunsets and sunrises from the beach were nothing short of epic (a few pics attached). The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Our room (High Tides) was massive with a double shower, separate Jacuzzi tub, king bed, and private balcony looking out to the ocean. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and quiet getaway on the coast.

One of the nicest B&B’s I have stayed at. Lots of amenities on the property as well as within the house, service was incredible! Rooms were very well cleaned and had wonderful views! The complementary breakfast was delicious and definitely worth having during your stay! Will definitely be returning next time i’m in the area!

They delivered every step beyond our expectation. The setting near the sandy beach and extremely quiet nights were exemplary. We already informed family members and will inform friends.
